CRAFTD provides bespoke furniture, upholstery and curtain services across the UAE. All work is custom-made to client specifications confirmed at the quotation stage.
Quotations are valid for 14 days.
Changes must be requested within 24 hours of order confirmation. Cancellations after fabrication has commenced may incur a charge covering materials and labour.
Delivery timelines are estimates. Installation is included in all service quotes unless otherwise stated.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage from misuse or normal wear and tear.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
