We come to you. Our design advisor measures your space, shows fabric samples in natural light and discusses every option. Free of charge, no obligation whatsoever.
Within 24 hours of visit
You receive a detailed quote covering fabric, fabrication, hardware and installation. No surprises. We discuss it with you and make any adjustments before you approve.
5–21 business days
Your piece is made by hand in our workshop. Curtains and upholstery: 5–10 days. Custom furniture: 2–4 weeks. We keep you updated throughout the process.
Scheduled with you
Our team delivers and installs everything. Curtains are steamed and dressed. Furniture is placed exactly where you want it. We leave only when you are completely happy.
Ongoing
We follow up at 30 days. Any adjustments are handled immediately. Upholstery and curtains guaranteed for 12 months. Hardware for 24 months.
